Our microwave generators in the 2,45 GHz range can be used for numerous applications for which a plasma needs to be ignited and maintained. The signal generators are available as modules in a 19“ rack mount case and are partly equipped with a serial interface for remote control. Higher power requirements are achieved by adding an amplifier.
